Life Education Guiding Service Organization — popularly known as LEGSO — is a registered charitable trust headquartered at Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu, India. Founded in 2001, LEGSO was established with a singular mission: to bridge the gap between students' aspirations and their access to quality guidance and information.

Over the past 23 years, LEGSO has grown from a small local initiative into a well-respected organisation that has impacted the lives of more than 15,000 students and countless families across Tamil Nadu. We operate through three core pillars — Career Guidance, Education Awareness, and Social Services.

LEGSO is run by a dedicated team of educators, counsellors, social workers, and volunteers who believe that education and guidance are the most powerful tools for social transformation.

Oversees daily operations, programme management, and stakeholder coordination. A dedicated administrator with 18+ years in nonprofit governance.

Trust Treasurer

Treasurer

Manages financial planning, fundraising, and audit compliance to ensure the trust's resources are used effectively for maximum community impact.

Programme Director

Designs and executes all education awareness and career guidance programmes. An experienced educator with expertise in student counselling and curriculum development.

Social Service Head

Leads all community outreach and social welfare initiatives. Passionate about grassroots development and ensuring the most vulnerable are reached and served.

Outreach Coordinator

Outreach & Communications

Manages school and college partnerships, media relations, and community engagement to expand LEGSO's reach across Tamil Nadu.
